Employment Program
Employment, Educational &/Day Services
This is primarily to maximize the individual’s independence and targets individuals with educational, employment and volunteering interests.
- Plan and implement a person-centered plan that includes personal goals
- Work with each individual’s Plan of Service to ensure their needs are met
- Accompany individuals to place of Employment, Education or Day Services as needed.
- Advocate for individual as needed.
Respite Care
Respite Care is an integral part of the caregiving process. We know and understand that the demanding work of caregiving is not meant to be done alone.
We are here for you. Crystal Care helps provide relief for caregivers by providing short term planned and or unplanned care for persons with Developmental and intellectual Disabilities while creating a different and wonderful experience for the individual in a safe environment.
